Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides continued substance use treatment for individuals who are able to live independently or within a supportive recovery environment but continue to benefit from structured clinical services.
Clients participate in approximately 10 hours of programming each week, allowing them to maintain employment, family responsibilities, education, and other aspects of everyday life while remaining actively engaged in treatment.
Programming includes group counseling, substance use education, relapse prevention, coping-skills development, and opportunities to address challenges that arise as clients continue building their lives in recovery.
IOP places a strong emphasis on maintaining recovery while living independently in the community. Clients are able to experience everyday stressors, triggers, relationships, responsibilities, and decisions and then bring those experiences into treatment for support, feedback, accountability, and problem-solving.
The goal is to reinforce the skills developed throughout treatment while helping each individual establish a stable and sustainable recovery supported by healthy routines, positive relationships, community resources, and continued personal accountability.
Stoa offers four levels of care. Clients step down as they build stability, and treatment is individualized at every stage.
Structured residential living with increased independence.
As clients complete IOP, the treatment team works with them on a plan for continued support in the community.
Take the first step towards lasting recovery. Our compassionate team is here to guide you through every stage of your healing journey.
